Location
Santiago International Airport, also known as Nuevo Pudahuel, (IATA: SCL) serves the Santiago area and also all of Chile with a large number of flights to the entire country, international and some intercontinental. During 2019, 24.6 million passengers passed through the airport. The airport is located 17 km (11 miles) to the northwest of the city of Santiago. (Learn More).

Terminals
Santiago Airport has a single terminal divided into Domestic and International areas. A new terminal is being built, which is expected to operate all of the Airport’s international flights by 2021. When the new terminal is completed, the current terminal will become domestic.

The airport has restaurants, fast food and cafeterias (some available 24 hours), as well as a wide variety of shops, including 24-hour duty free, clothing, perfumeries, chocolate, regional products, electronics, telephony and accessories. Currency exchange agencies, banking services, convenience stores, VIP rooms, prayer room, luggage storage, medical emergencies, postal services, children’s play area, etc. are also available.
Public and Private Transport
Buses
The bus service Centroa Aeropuerto connects the airport with the center of Santiago (central square of the Los Héroes Metro) and with Maipú.
The service Turbus links the airport with Terminal Alameda, Maipú, Viña del Sea and Valparaíso.
Van Services
In the Arrivals Halls there are 24-hour door-to-door minibus services between the airport and different destinations within Santiago. The providers are Transfer Delfos and Transfervip. Learn more
Taxi services
In the Arrivals Halls there are counters where you can hire basic taxis (black and yellow), which operate through a meter, and tourist taxis (blue), with a fixed rate per destination. See more

Airlines
Most of the airlines operate in the International Terminal, while in the National Terminal only Aerovías DAP, JetSmart, LATAM and Sky Arline.
